Your Guide to a Tranquil Experience
Welcome to Holistic Spa Therapy Center. To ensure a serene and rejuvenating visit for you and all our guests, we have established the following spa protocols. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful sanctuary.
Appointments & Arrival
Arrive Early: We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time for a relaxed check-in, to change if needed, and to fill out any necessary health intake forms without feeling rushed.
Late Arrivals: We understand that delays can occur. Please call us if you will be late. To respect the appointments of our next guests, your service will still conclude at its scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply.
Creating a Peaceful Sanctuary
Quiet Environment: To maintain our tranquil atmosphere, we ask that you please speak in hushed tones throughout the spa.
Electronic Devices: Please turn all mobile phones and electronic devices to silent mode upon arrival. We kindly ask that you refrain from taking phone calls within the spa’s quiet areas.
Your Health & Well-being
Health Considerations: Please inform us when booking if you have any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or are pregnant. This is crucial for us to customize your service safely and effectively.
Consultation: Before your first service, you will complete a confidential intake form. This allows your therapist to be aware of any concerns and tailor the treatment to your specific needs.
Feeling Unwell? If you are feeling sick or have any contagious symptoms, please call us to reschedule your appointment. This is for the protection of our therapists and other guests.
Gratuities
Gratuities for your therapist are not included in the service price. While tipping is at your discretion, it is a kind way to show your appreciation for excellent service. The industry standard is typically 18-20% of the original service price.
Age Requirements
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to enjoy our spa services. Services for guests aged 13-17 are available but require the signed consent and presence of a parent or guardian.
Our Professional & Safe Environment Policy
Holistic Spa Therapy Center is a strictly professional, non-sexual, and therapeutic establishment. All our services are for relaxation and wellness purposes only.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any sexual advances, solicitation, or inappropriate behavior. Any comments or actions of this nature are illegal, violate our policy, and will result in:
- The immediate termination of the service.
- The client being charged the full, non-refundable price of the service.
- The client being permanently banned from our establishment.
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and our licensed therapists. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Our Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you must cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.
- In order to ensure every that every couple, group (3 or more), and Vichy reservation receives their uninterrupted scheduled time, Holistic Spa will ask that, for such reservations, a credit card be provided on file. Should the appointment be missed, 30% of the total package cost will be charged.
- The fee will be waved for couples and Vichy appointments if notice of cancellation is provided at least 12hrs before the scheduled time.
- The fee will be waved for group (3 or more) appointments if notice of cancellation is provided at least 24hrs before the scheduled time.
- Please note that the credit card company will charge an additional 3.99% service fee on all paperless transactions.
