Just had my first prenatal massage at Holistic Spa Therapy and it was absolutely perfect. I came for a 60 minute massage and they took note of the areas of concern and took precautions given I am pregnant. Everyone is so sweet, and it is very relaxing. Mia did my massage and I canāt say enough great things about her. She checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and really focused on what I asked. Her energy is warm and inviting and she made the experience very relaxing. She is a total sweetheart and I am looking forward to coming back and seeing her again. From the time I walked up the stairs I could feel the positive energy! I was greeted by Rhonda very professional but personal at the same time. She could see I was pain and reassured me that I would have a peaceful experience and be taken care of. Sue was my ladyā¦she came to get me, so peaceful and accurateā¦š¤²š¾ Thank you Sue! Iāve never been to a sauna or received a scrub bath and I was beside myself! I could feel my pores opening I could feel the sweat beading on my arms first my back was loosening as wellā¦I will admit when it came time to do my scrub I was nervous but when I tell you she took care of your girlā¦š«¶š¾made sure I was steady and comfortable while turning over , due to my lower back , accurate safe relaxing and felt so good and relieving ā¦Sue worked my back so good she discovered knots that I couldnāt feel. I needed that massage that experienceā¦i could feel immediate relief but still had to move with caution, I couldnāt give my body the full rest it needed because I was right back to workā¦but I know for a fact had I not visited Holistic Spa I would not be where Iām at today ā¦and no, this is not a paid review lol. I really needed this. I went not knowing what to expect. No complaints here. I got a package deal and the sauna was great and the scrub even better. I did wish they did a little more scrubbing but it was good either way. The massage was even better. Definitely going back again and hopefully I can get the same lady as last time. The therapists were professional and skilled, and it really felt like all our stress just melted away. We also loved the cozy lounge area. What made it even more special was sharing the experience with my friends. We laughed, relaxed, and pampered ourselves together ā it was such a perfect bonding experience. By the end of the day, we all felt refreshed, recharged, and happy. Such a gem of a place I canāt believe itās been in my city this whole time. Full women staff the day I went, everyone was so kind and welcoming. I got the standard package and for $125 I feel like you get a really great experience they guide you through the amenities and then end with the massage service. Parking was easy right by the entrance of the place. I would definitely keep coming.
